Ming helps with everyday questions. It does not provide emergency support.

Ask Ming if you can't understand a notice, need help using an appliance, want to plan a journey or simply feel like a chat. When it helps to show something, turn on the camera so Ming can see it and guide you.
Ming is an AI assistant and may make mistakes. It cannot replace family, healthcare professionals or emergency services.
You need an internet-connected smartphone or another device with a camera, and you need to allow camera access. Hold the notice, appliance controls or object in front of the camera.
A voice-only call does not send camera footage. You don't need to turn on the camera for a chat or a general question.
Each month includes 300 call minutes. Extra minutes cost HK$0.50 each. For example, 20 extra minutes cost HK$10, and 100 extra minutes cost HK$50.
With 100 extra minutes on the monthly plan, the total is HK$530 (HK$480 monthly fee + HK$50 in extra charges).
Extra charges are totalled at the end of each month and billed to the credit card you've authorised. They aren't charged separately after each call.
The annual plan fee is paid upfront. Any extra minutes are still billed separately each month.
Video assistance uses the same 300-minute monthly allowance, with no separate video fee. Extra minutes cost HK$0.50 each.
Your mobile provider charges for data according to your mobile plan.
It includes 300 minutes each month, not 300 minutes for the whole year. You pay the annual fee once, but receive a separate call allowance every month.
They can say “Please slow down”, “Please explain that more simply” or “What I meant was…” so Ming can explain again or check the question.
Confirm important information with the relevant organisation. For transport schedules, check the operator's latest information.
The camera doesn't need to stay on. Ming only uses the camera view after you've allowed camera access and switched on video. You can turn it off at any time.
Before showing a notice or document, you can cover any personal details Ming doesn't need to see.
